Today we launch GSE Connect! This is a pilot partnering/peer mentoring scheme for women working in STEM-related roles. The scheme will pair women from different organisations/roles within the GSE profession who will then meet regularly to discuss issues that are important to them in their career, personal and professional development.
This is a great opportunity to learn about other organisations and opportunities across our science and engineering profession; expand your network; support you to pursue your goals, and encourage others to do the same.
For more information and/or to sign up, click here. Places on the pilot are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If the pilot is successful, we will open up the scheme more widely in early 2022.

Great news and hope that the scheme is really successful in the future!
Working in Healthcare science - there is a high proportion of female staff but this sadly reduces as you go up the senior leadership chain to have little representation from Women, especially those who are from a science background rather than a management background.
Hopefully through this scheme you can tackle the issues at work such as career development and negative attitudes together, whilst also being a great platform for peer inspiration and senior role models.
