The consultation on UKRI’s new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy is open until noon on 28 March 2022. The draft strategy sets out UKRI’s ambition for an inclusive research and innovation system and UKRI’s long-term commitment to achieving this aim.
The development of this strategy has been driven by wide-ranging engagement, discussion and challenge involving a wide variety of individuals and organisations from our external communities, as well as with staff across UKRI functions and Councils.
The consultation is open to all, and we are keen to encourage contributions from across the R&I sector. The response to the consultation will be used to refine the draft strategy and inform the development of UKRI’s future action plans and measures. A first edition of the post-consultation strategy will be published in summer 2022.
