Staff network groups in organisations across the UK are celebrating the National Day for Staff Networks on Wednesday 12th May 2021.
Also known as Networks Day, the national day for staff networks aims to encourage collaboration, support aligned activity, and further inspire the voice of network members.
The Government Science & Engineering (GSE) Profession are proud to support a wide variety of networks, from the Diversity & Inclusion Action Group to the Engineering in Policy Group – GSE members their knowledge and contacts to support each other. Networks and groups organised within the GSE are essential, as they ensure under-represented groups have the forum they need to access guidance and advice to navigate across the Civil Service. This is key to ensuring our organisation’s culture is inclusive and representative of the people working within it.
