We are now a couple of months into the 2020 Civil Service Year of Inclusion. This is our opportunity to celebrate our achievements to date, and think about how we want to continue to make the Civil Service a great place to work. Having a sense of belonging, being able to be your authentic self and feeling you have a voice are all vital for inclusion.
Inclusion is an active choice; we all need to play a part in making the Civil Service a more inclusive environment.
