The Department for International Trade are looking for scientist and engineers interested in becoming Technical Advisers (HEO grade) at the Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU). The posts attract a substantial specialist pay enhancement.
ECJU provides operational delivery, technical and policy expertise on export controls. Their mission is to promote global security and facilitate responsible exports by regulating the export of sensitive technologies.
The Unit needs individuals to join a multi-disciplinary team of science and engineering specialists to contribute to an efficient, rigorous and customer friendly export licensing and compliance system.
