New developments for STEM Futures

Posted by: , Posted on: - Categories: Blog Series, Deep Specialist, Interchange

STEM Futures is a knowledge-exchange scheme which brings together cross-sector partners to develop science-skills capability. The scheme is owned and managed by the Government Science and Engineering Profession.

There have been some exciting developments over the summer for STEM Futures! We have welcomed new partners from across three target sectors including the Department of Science and Technology (DSIT). DSIT is the first large government body to join the scheme and we look forward to working to bring innovative opportunities which will help deliver on the priorities in the UK Science and Technology Framework.

We have also launched our new promotional materials. Our brochure outlines how the scheme works, the benefits for both individuals and organisations, and the process to join. We welcome enquiries from potential new partners from across industry, academia and the public sector. For government departments that are interested in joining the scheme, we’ve developed advice to make the process of signing the framework as easy as possible.

Get in touch with us at STEMFutures@go-science.gov.uk if you’d like to hear more about how STEM Futures can help your organisation deliver innovative STEM knowledge-exchange opportunities.
